Lida works with AFSC’s West Virginia Economic Justice Project, a community organizing and advocacy program. Lida’s work advances policy solutions to issues affecting poor and working families in West Virginia, and includes popular education trainings, policy advocacy, and coalition building. Lida also serves on the boards of the American Civil Liberties Union-WV and Mountain State Justice. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Peace and Conflict Studies and lives with her family in Lewisburg, WV.
